همانطور که قبلا اعلام کرده بودیم, سیستم پذیرش نیروی متخصص فنی از 2 ژانویه 2013 آغاز به پذیرش مهاجر میکند.
اداره مهاجرت کانادا اخیرا لیست مشاغلی که در این گروه قرار می گیرند را اعلام نموده است که درمتن زیر آن را مشاهده می کنید.
برای واجد شرایط بودن اقدام از این طریق شخص متقاضی می بایست دارای:
۱- یک پیشنهاد شغلی و یا یک مدرک تحصیلی و یا فنی از کانادا
۲ اطلاعات دانش زبانی در حد معمولی
۳- داشتن حداقل ۲ سال سابقه کار مرتبط
۴- مرتبط بودن شغل ، حرفه و سابقه کار متقاضی بر اساس کد شغلی مربوطه اعلام شده باشد
ظرفیت پذیرش در سال اول برای این دسته 3000 متقاضی خواهد بود که در هر شغل فقط 100 پرونده پذیرفته می شود.
With the new Federal Skilled Trades Class available as of January 2, 2013, Citizenship and Immigration Canada has listed the eligible Occupations in the Canada Gazette. Citizenship and Immigration Canada will accept up to 3,000 per processing year, with a cap of 100 applications for each occupation Group A and no cap for occupation Group B.

To qualify, requirements include:
- Meet minimum language threshold
- Evidence of 2 years of experience in field in the last 5 years
- Have a valid job offer from Canadian employer or Certificate of Qualification from Canadian trade authority
